Summer Gymnastics Rec. Camp

Come Join us for our Kick-Off to Summer Fun at the annual EGC Summer Gymnastics Camp.  This camp is modeled off of our extremely prestigious team camp.  The camp is a fun and great learning opportunity for budding young gymnasts.

  • Boy's & Girls age 5+

  • Beginner's thru Gymnastic Level 4 (advanced)

  • 9:00am - 12:30 Daily

  • Gymnasts work All Gymnastics Events

  • Focus on Fun, Development of Skills & Technique

  • EGC Team Lightning Coaching Staff

  • Snacks & Drinks provided

  • Friday Pizza Party & Show Off Day

9:00am - 12:00 noon daily
 Friday till 12:30 - Show Off Day		    9:00 -   9:30 - Stretch & Conditioning
  9:30 -   9:55 - Vaulting & Spring Board
  9:55 - 10:20 - Uneven Bars / P Bars
10:20 - 10:45 - Balance Beam
10:45 - 11:00 - Snack Break / Demo
11:00 - 11:30 - Floor / Tumbling
11:30 - 12:00 - Trampoline Fun
